Beautiful sky shot! I wouldn't worry about no tripod on this one.
Black swan: Yes the red beak in all that black looks great.
Mute swan: The damaged foot is hard to make out in b&w, It looks like the left wing.
Red sky: I would want the silhouette to be a bit clearer.

Beautiful colour. Don't you love those photos that you look at and say "this feels good, it looks complete, it doesn't need...".
