jill: Actually it's an ice stalagmite, there is a (steam?)pipe above, and it has slowly been dripping water from it to the ground, freezing, forming these sculptures. I wonder for how long time?!
Well that's my guess anyway.
fantom poet: Thanks, really like it too, only wish I could take it again to change the composition just a bit though.
